Terms & Conditions

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVA IMPEX, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any harm to our delivery person or damage to our products due to your fault or negligence.

Jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, New Delhi.

Delivery Time Frame

We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days from the time of confirmation. However, the delivery window may be subject to unforeseen delays, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of any delays.

Service Hours

The 5 working days delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next available delivery window.

Delivery Attempts

We will make one delivery attempt within the specified window. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, additional delivery attempts may be made subject to extra charges.

Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or modifications will not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be made if the order is already confirmed.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of the delivery service, refunds and returns are subject to our above-mentioned Refund/Return Policy

Product Availability 

The 5 working days delivery service is subject to product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a full refund.

Customer Responsibility 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We will not be liable for any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Terms and Conditions - Refund terms

• Order placed that include a cashback (instant cashback) offer are final and cannot be cancelled.

• In the event that an accessory order is cancelled at the customer’s request, a transaction fee of 2% of the order value will be applied.

• Should a customer request to cancel an order after it has been processed, the refund will be issued after deducting both the cashback (instant cashback) amount and a 4% bank transaction fee.
